We collect what you choose to send us when you apply, plus anonymous usage data about how the site is used. Here is the whole of it. Last updated 30 September 2026.

Who we are

Regulatory Society is published by Regulatory Leadership Partners LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 USA.

What we collect

  • Your membership application. The details you type into the application form: your name, work email, company, job title, industry, years in regulatory affairs, your LinkedIn profile if you give it, and your answer to the hot seat question.
  • Anything you email us. If you write to us, we keep the message so we can reply.
  • How the site is used. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors reach and move through the site: pages viewed, the referring site, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, along with device, browser and approximate location. Both set first-party cookies to do this, and Clarity can replay a visit. What you type into the application form is masked and is not captured.

This site sets no advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your application to decide whether the Society is a fit, to place you in a group of genuine peers, and to reply to you. We do not sell your details, share them with sponsors or add you to a newsletter.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability. Usage data is collected and processed by Google LLC through Google Analytics, under the Google Privacy Policy, and by Microsoft Corporation through Microsoft Clarity, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as your application or membership is active. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your details, a correction or deletion by emailing hello@regulatoryleadership.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Please leave out anything confidential

The application asks what you would bring to a session. Describe it in general terms. Do not include your employer's confidential information, unpublished regulatory strategy or anything about an identifiable patient.
